Every deal your network loses is a country you don't cover — or a member who dropped it. Right now, you can't tell which.

Both hide in the same place: the business flowing through your network — every quote that comes in, every lead you pass to a member, every reply or silence. Read that flow by route and you see the countries you're losing business in. Read it by member and you see who's quietly dropping leads. Put the two together and you finally know whether a lost deal means recruit here or fix this member — with the money sitting right next to it.

You have both halves this needs — the quotes coming in, and your member list with renewal dates. Together they turn the map on your website from where your members are into how they're doing, and unlock moves further down this page that no report shows you today. You asked me for scope, data, timeline, results, price and case studies; all six are answered below. No call needed.

What arrivesSource: linkglobal.com/request-quote-form

Every quote is a full record — not just a message.

This is what your own form saves each time someone submits it. Look at it as data, not an email.

Two fields are highlighted. Every quote names two countries — and you can only win it if you have a member at both ends. That one fact is the whole idea on this page, and it's why a normal off-the-shelf tool can't do this.

Why a normal tool won't do thisThe fair question to ask first

This isn't just "count leads by country".

If it were, you'd use a free tool and not pay me. It's worth paying for because of three things that are true for a network and not for an ordinary company.

A quote you can't handle is…
Ordinary companyA lost sale. You note it and move on.
A lead is about…
Ordinary companyOne customer, in one place.
Your suppliers…
Ordinary companyCost you money. They're an expense.

The middle one — two countries per quote — is the easiest to skip past, and it's the most important. Here's why.

For contextPublished figures, checked 22 July 2026

The biggest networks already treat quotes as gold.

You know these names better than I do. I'm just pointing at what they've each put on their own front page.

WCAworld
Says13,162 member offices across 197 countries.
wcaworld.com
MeaningTheir whole pitch is size. With thousands of offices, several members cover the same port — so they can't promise anyone exclusivity, and they don't.
JCtrans
Says12,000+ paid members in 181 countries — and a whole feature they call the Inquiry Board, claiming 3.5 million+ business opportunities a month.
jctrans.net

This makes your position stronger, not weaker

Neither of them can offer what you offer. At thirteen thousand offices, exclusivity is impossible — every member knows they're one of many in their city. One member per country is genuinely different, and it's the reason someone pays to join you instead of a list of thousands.

But that only works if the one member in a country actually gets business. A quiet country hurts you far more than it hurts them: if five of their forwarders cover a port, one going quiet doesn't matter. For you, a quiet member means the whole country is dead.

That's exactly why knowing where your demand really goes matters more to you than to either of them.

And it's proof this isn't a theory I'm trying out on you. The biggest network in the industry already runs its business on incoming quotes. The only difference is nobody's built the version that fits your one-member-per-country model — the one that turns a lost quote into the next country to sign.

Half the answer · is it a gap?Reading the flow by route

One new member isn't one new country.

When a lost deal is a genuine gap — a country you simply don't cover — signing one forwarder there fixes more than that one country. It opens every route between it and every member you already have. Pick a country you don't cover yet and see how many routes one signature opens.

new country pairs become servable

Built from the member countries listed on your own network pages — at least 55, so treat this as a floor, not the full total. Which of these routes people actually want is exactly what your old quotes tell you.

Your dataRuns in this browser · nothing is uploaded

Try it on your own quotes. Right now, no meeting.

Export your quote requests — even just twenty from your inbox — and drop the file in. You'll see the same thing I'd do with a full year: routes ranked, gaps flagged, what people ship most, and an honest note on what a small sample can and can't tell you.

The file never leaves your computer. There's no server here and no login. Everything runs in your browser and disappears when you close the tab. That's the only sensible way to handle your customers' names before we've agreed anything.

This quick check reads quotes, so you see the demand half straight away. The member-health board is the other half — send me your member list and I'll build that one; it needs a little more than a browser can do.

No export handy? Paste rows instead

Paste anything with one enquiry per line and columns separated by commas or tabs — a header row helps but isn't required.

The other half · or is it the member?Reading the same flow by member

Sometimes you have a member there — they just dropped the lead.

Turn the same flow around and read it by member instead of by route. Now a lost deal isn't a gap — it's a member sitting on leads, or going quiet, or about to not renew. This is the member performance analytics you asked about: one screen showing who's healthy, who's drifting, and who needs a call, while there's still time to act.

What both together unlockNeither dataset can do these alone

This is where it stops being a report and starts being an edge.

Quotes alone tell you about demand. Your member list alone tells you who's paid up. Put them in one place and you get moves no report you run today can show you — because every one of them needs both halves at the same moment.

  1. Save a member before they walk.A member's renewal is coming up and they've had almost no business this year — so they're about to leave. But there's demand into their country you never routed to them. Send it, and you've saved the renewal. The renewal date is your member list; the demand is your quotes. You can't even see this without both.
  2. Know whether a new member was worth signing. You sign members hoping they'll get work. Now you'd know — which of this year's joiners have actually won business, and which signed up and got nothing. You fix it before their first renewal, not after they've quietly gone.
  3. Walk into every renewal with the receipts. When a member's renewal comes up, you show them exactly what the network sent them this year and what they won. Renewal stops being a hopeful ask and becomes an easy yes — and you never have to dig for the numbers.
  4. Prove the AGM pays for itself.Members who show up to the AGM tend to get more business routed to them afterward. Put attendance next to business won, and you can show members that coming pays — and spot the ones who skipped this year and went quiet.
This is the combined door. Every move above needs your quotes and your member list in one place. Either dataset alone is a report; both together is the thing that actually tells you what to do next. That's why I'd rather have both than either alone — and why the sample is best when you send both.
Where this could goJust so you can see the direction

Only one thing is on the table. Here's where it could lead.

To be clear: the only thing I'm asking for is the free sample. Everything below is just so you can see where a first step leads. It's not a package, and none of it needs deciding now. Most of it you may never need — that's your call, later.

Each step is only possible because the one before it built the data for it. So this can't be sold as a bundle even if you wanted it — it's earned one step at a time.

The ask · free

1 · The free sample

What you send: whichever you have handier — a batch of quotes, your member list with join and renewal dates, or both (best). What you get back: the demand map from your quotes, the renewal-risk board from your members, or the combined picture if you send both. One forward, one day. If there's nothing useful in it, I'll tell you straight.

If it's useful · from $2,500

2 · Your first live page

What you get: one live page built from whatever you send — the demand map (busiest routes, and the gaps costing you business), and, if you send your member list, the member-health board alongside it. This is the combined view, as far as your data reaches. Plus a short email once a month so it stays in front of you. Fixed price, confirmed after the sample.

Only if you want it

3 · Stop losing the data

The problem it fixes: right now every quote lands in an inbox and is gone. This makes your form save each one automatically, so the quote map stays up to date on its own instead of going out of date the week after I hand it over.

Only if you want it

4 · Which members actually reply

What you learn: when you pass a lead to a member, do they answer? How fast? Did it turn into business? It's the first real scorecard of your members — and it doesn't ask them to lift a finger.

Further out

5 · Who's getting more than they give

Why it matters: for each member — how much business the network sends them versus how much they send back. A member who's been getting little for months won't complain. They'll just quietly not renew. This spots them early, while you can still fix it.

Further out

6 · Find a member by what they can do

What changes: your member list becomes searchable by skill — pharma, dangerous goods, project cargo, high-value — not just by country. Knowing a country isn't the same as knowing who there can handle a temperature-controlled load.

Steps 4 to 6 are the ones I'm most excited about — and I'll be straight: none of them work from a cold start. Each one needs the data the step before it builds. That's the whole reason to start small.

What I need from youOne forward, ideally

Three questions — and a file answers all of them.

If you drop a file in above, you've already answered these without typing anything. They're here just in case getting the export is a hassle.

  1. Roughly how many quote requests do you get a month — and how far back do they go?This decides whether any of this is worth your time or mine. Five a month and there's nothing to work with — I'd tell you. Fifty a month and you've got a year of demand sitting in your inbox.
  2. Where do they live — an inbox, a spreadsheet, or the website's database?Just tells me how to get them out. All three are fine. The inbox is the most common and the fiddliest, and a plain email export works.
  3. Do you already track which member each quote went to, or whether they replied? If yes, part of step 4 already exists and I'd build on it. If no, that's a number nobody in the network has.

The more you already keep, the more it does

You clearly have data — you asked me what I'd need, which most people don't. So rather than guess, here's what each thing unlocks. Tell me which you've got, and I'll show you which parts of that board light up.

Search members by what they can handle, not just their country. From your own records

Already track your quotes somewhere? Good — then the sample takes ten minutes instead of a day, and it's an easy test. A CRM or spreadsheet will show you your busiest routes. What it almost certainly won't show you is which country you don't have a member in is costing you the most business — because that needs your member map laid over the quotes, and that's the part I do. If your current tool already does that, I'll tell you honestly that you don't need me.
One honest thing. No single dataset is the whole picture — quotes miss the member-to-member business off HQ's radar, and your member list alone can't see demand. That's exactly why both together is the strong door: they cover each other's blind spots. Send whichever you have first; we go as far as your data reaches, and you never pay for a guess.
TermsThe six things you asked for

Answers, in the order you asked.

Scope

One report: where your quote demand goes, and which gaps cost you the most. A live page plus a monthly email. One report — not a big system your team has to learn.

Data I'd need

An export of quotes you already have: where from, where to, the date, and what the cargo is if it's noted. CSV, spreadsheet or email export. No changes to your website, no integration, and nothing asked of any member.

Timeline

The sample comes back within a day. The full version is about two weeks from getting your export to a working page you can open and pick apart.

The result you'd measure

It points to at least one country worth signing that you hadn't put at the top — with the actual quotes that prove it. If it can't, it didn't work, and you'll know in two weeks, not two years.

Price

Sample: free. The first build — your live demand map, and the member-health board with it if you send the member list — is a fixed price from $2,500, confirmed once I've seen the sample, so I'm not guessing before I've seen your data. No subscription, no lock-in. Later steps are priced separately, each worth it on its own.

Case studies

I don't have any, and I'd rather say that than pad it out. Instead I'm offering a real finding about your own business before you pay me a thing — that's the free sample. My own product, built start to finish, is at getnarada.io if you want to see finished work.

Questions? No call needed — just ask

Ask before you send anything.

If something here doesn't fit how you actually work, or you want to know what one piece would look like on your data first, just ask. WhatsApp is quickest — I usually reply the same day. And every month you wait, those lost deals keep walking; the sample costs you a day to find out how many.
